Our Story

    Our story is like millions of peoples' stories across the world. BWB was founded in times of brokenness when we needed somewhere to look to give us hope. In 2017, our founder's (Holton Ahlers) best friend passed away unexpectedly at the young age of 21. A few months later, Built When Broken was born. BWB is a brand to remind people of where they come from, but also where they are going. Join the movement, and help change the world with us.

   There are times in our lives when we feel like we are at the very bottom with nowhere to go, that is actually when God is closest to us and building us into who we are meant to be, that is Built When Broken.
